We're always glad to have Mojo among us. And I'm sorry that me personally haven't time to be here as often as I wish. But we're doing our best, I know. 8)

I'm cooking. I'm late today...

Oh yes, the tacos are very popular in some states, but not here. In our city and the cities around there is no single taco food. Maybe in the future they will make open some.

This is what I wondered, when I read this recipe a few days ago. I thought it's something like tacos and I see I guess it right. :) 8)

From the 'business' point of view ('business' in quotes, because in this project the money are so symbolic, that some guys thing it's ridiculous and they can't understand why we still didn't give up ;D) the views are very important part for the success of a website. Visitors + views is the key. (I'll explain it simple for those, who haven't Mojo's online experience, because I'm sure he knows it: It's better to get 1000 visitors, who make on average 5000 pageviews, than 10 visitors, who make 20 pageviews. :) Simple and clear.) So it's very good when a post is more significant and collects more views (from old visitors, new visitors and some bots). 8)

The second keyword: 'database'. It's a very good word and this is what the SEOers call simply 'content'. This is the stem, the core of a site. No database -- no site (well, there are some exceptions, but it's not the point). So I also appreciate very much this contribution! (The only problem here is an objective problem: one may have a website with tons of useful information, but if this information didn't rank well in the search engines (SE), then it's not very useful. Imagine a library where the readers are lazy (as most of the online users) and they tend to take books only from the first raw's book shelves. If your books are in the 2nd or 3rd raw, your chances to get readers are ~0. . The same situation with the websites: if your result is situated in page 7 or even page 3, you better forget to hope you'll get some visitors. You're just 'out there', but they have no idea and they're not going to try to find you, because they already found somebody else). A summary: big database is good, big and optimized database is best. 8)

And, at the end, about trying something new (food). I may think of something that I may suppose Mojo and his family never tried. I think about something easy to cook... And I'm ready: I bet about zhaliang: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zhaliang (By kentwang of Flickr - http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=138937563&size=l, CC BY-SA 2.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=2242947)

Zhaliang (炸兩) is a kind of food in Cantonese cuisine of China. It is made by tightly wrapping rice noodle roll around youtiao (fried dough). It is most popular in the Guangdong province of southern China, as well as in Hong Kong.
For breakfast, it is usually eaten with soy milk or congee.
For dim sum, it is often sprinkled with sesame and layered with soy sauce. Other ingredients include hoisin sauce or sesame paste to the likes of tahini.

It's alright, Mojo. We can learn more words during we read the recipes. And I feel very good about it: learning words and learning how to cook at the same time!  8)

And well, I think all of these comments or replies under your recipes are useful, because they bring more attention from the search engine visitors. More (related) comments = more popularity and more chance for us to get more traffic (visitors) online. :) The more powerful websites/communities may afford to buy some Facebook traffic, Twitter traffic, Reddit traffic and so on (they hire people to share their threads online). We haven't budget for this. All we may do is to make some links/shares by ourselves (but it's not every time welcome in other websites, because for a lot of them, if we share even a recipe or food photo, 'it's spam' and 'we are spammers'. :( :(). So our only hope and chance to get rid of the poverty online is through the natural traffic from the search engines as Google, Baidu, Yandex, Bing, Yahoo and a few more. This motivates me (and probably the rest of the colleagues here) to be more active, when someone posts something meaningful and to support his or her thread with comments, questions, related links.

And I'll give you an example right now. When I read this recipe, I don't know what exactly is 'Marsala'. Good opportunity to learn more and I found online that it's a wine. :) And because I'm 109830921830786%  ;) sure 90/100 of the guys around also have/had no idea about it, then voila, a link: http://www.sicilyweb.com/english/trapani/marsala.htm So, now I'll comment on your Easy chicken salad. :D

Yes, it is very easy.

I like the place with that small river. :-*

FB likes? There are so many services about it: https://search.yahoo.com/search;_ylc=X3oDMTFiN25laTRvBF9TAzIwMjM1MzgwNzUEaXRjAzEEc2VjA3NyY2hfcWEEc2xrA3NyY2h3ZWI-?p=FB+likes&fr=yfp-t-577&fp=1&toggle=1&cop=mss&ei=UTF-8

We don't use FB here and that's why we don't need likes and we're not interested in it. Of course, we don't mind people to share about us on FB and to get likes for what they share, but it's just not available here; blocked.
